If a player needs to withdraw from a program, NWS LAX will grant refunds under the following conditions:

2 weeks from the start of the program = 85% refunded (less credit card processing fee)

48 hours from the start of the program – 0% refund.

If program is cancelled by NWS LAX, you will receive a full refund.
If you are withdrawing due to illness or injury once the program starts, you must present a note from your doctor; your fee will be prorated and you will receive a credit towards a future program.
Cancellations Due to Weather or acts of Nature
When an event is cancelled due to lightning, rain, snow or other acts of nature, every effort will be made to make it up at a later date.
This EXCLUDES any indoor field event. NWS LAX is charged for all times reserved at the indoor facility whether a game is played or not, unless it is the fault of the facility that we are not able to play.
Therefore, it is not economically feasible to reschedule a cancelled indoor game.
No refunds will be issued for any games not played or cancelled.
